摘  要:研究海参粉微丸的制备工艺。采用挤出滚圆法制备海参粉微丸;以圆整度为主要指标,采用单因素试验筛选最优制备工艺参数;考察微丸的粉体学性质;用红外光谱法、X射线衍射法、扫描电子显微镜法等方法对微丸进行表征。结果表明,挤出滚圆法最佳工艺参数为挤出频率30 Hz、滚圆频率50 Hz、滚圆时间4 min。制备的海参粉微丸圆整度、流动性及堆密度均较好,且药物高度分散于微丸中。采用优化的工艺参数,利用挤出滚圆法制备海参粉微丸,简单易行,可用于生产。Study the preparation technology of sea cucumber powder pellets. The sea cucumber powder pellets were prepared by extrusion spheronization method. The optimal preparation parameters were obtained by single factor experiment.Micromeritic properties were determined. The pellets were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The optimum technology parameters were as follows: extrusion velocity of 30 Hz,spheronization velocity of 50 Hz, and spheronization time of 4 min. The sea cucumber powder pellets prepared by extrusion spheronization method were all good of roundness, fluidity and density. The drug is highly dispersed in the pellets. Using the optimized parameters, the preparation of sea cucumber powder pellets by extrusion spheronization method is simple and can be used for production.
