摘 要:玫瑰果(Rosa canina)是维生素C的重要来源,被广泛用于各种食品和膳食补充剂。刺玫果(Rosa davurica)原产于中国,与玫瑰果属于同一植物属,由于其果实表现出与玫瑰果相似的物理外观和植物化学特征,因此区分玫瑰果和刺玫果具有挑战性。开发一种用于玫瑰果原料鉴定的扩增阻滞突变系统-聚合酶链式反应方法 (ARMSPCR)。与物种特异性PCR相比,试验方法可同时靶向检测玫瑰果及其近亲物种刺玫果。经双盲试验验证该检测方法对玫瑰果的识别概率大于0.9 (95%CI),并证明检测刺玫果的最低检测限为10%。综上所述,该检测方法可用于快速鉴别玫瑰果和刺玫果。Rose hips(Rosa canina) are a great source of vitamin C and are used in a variety of foods and dietary supplements.Rosa davurica is native to China and belongs to the same genus as rose hips. Distinguishing rosehip from Rosa davurica is challenging as their fruits exhibit similar physical appearance and phytochemical characteristics. An amplification retardation mutation system-polymerase chain reaction method(ARMS-PCR) was developed for the identification of rosehip raw materials. Compared with species-specific PCR, this method could simultaneously targeted detect rose hips and its close relative, Rosa davurica. The double-blind experiment verified that the detection method had a recognition probability of rosehip greater than 0.9(95% CI), and proved that the detection sensitivity of rosehip was as low as 10%. The detection method can quickly identify rose hips and thorn rose hips.
