新时代基础教育信息化人文价值的本质要求与实现策略

摘　　要：我国基础教育信息化已进入快车道,正全面实施国家基础教育数字化战略行动,推进以高水平的教育信息化引领教育现代化。新时代基础教育的信息化应该更加关切现代信息技术与教育教学在深度、广度、效度上的融合,更加关切中小学生的身心健康和德智体美劳全面发展。运用“三维度四层面”人文价值体系,分析新冠疫情下基础教育信息化的机遇与挑战,认为基础教育信息化应全过程、全方位、全要素适应中小学生的学习与成长规律,全面彰显基础教育信息化的人文价值正向作用,抑制其负向作用,实施人文价值体系的导向、激励、评价与纠偏功能,引领中小学生在成才成长之路上“走得对”“走得好”“走得快”“走得正”。China's basic educational informatization has entered the fast track,comprehensively implementing the National Basic Education Digitalization Strategy Initiative and promoting the education modernization with a high level of educational informatization.In the new era,the informatization of basic education should be more concerned with the integration of modern information technology and education teaching in terms of depth,breadth and effectiveness,as well as the overall development of primary and secondary school students'mental and physical health and moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and social development.This paper,applying the"three dimensions and four levels"humanistic value system to analyze the opportunities and challenges of informatization in basic education under the new epidemic,maintains that informatization in basic education should conform to and meet the learning and growth rules of primary and secondary school students in the whole process,in all aspects and in all elements,to highlight the positive role of humanistic value of informatization in basic education,to reduce its negative role,and to implement the orientation of humanistic value system.The purpose is to achieve the guiding,motivating,evaluating and correcting effects of the humanistic value system,and to guide the primary and secondary school students to"walk right","walk well","walk fast"and"walk right"on the road to success and growth.
