资源整合视角下应用型本科旅游类专业产教融合的困境与化解途径

摘　　要：文章基于资源整合视角从目标整合、资源识别、资源获取、资源配置等4个维度梳理应用型本科旅游类专业产教融合存在的困境及其内在原因,在此基础上提出相应的化解途径:一是整合利益诉求,协调主体目标;二是优化目标定位,准确识别资源;三是改革治理体制,助力资源获取;四是优化合作方式,改善资源配置。Based on the perspective of resource integration,this paper combs the difficulties and internal reasons of integration of industry and education of tourism application-oriented undergraduate majors from four dimensions:goal integration,resource identification,resource acquisition and resource allocation.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding propose solutions:(1)integrating the interest demands,in order to coordinate the objectives of each subject;(2)optimizing target positioning,in order to accurately identify resources;(3)reforming the governance system,in order to improve resource acquisition;(4)optimizing the mode of cooperation,in order to improve resource allocation.
