发生学视角下的玄府及玄府学说演化动力分析

摘　　要：文章利用发生学方法,分析汗孔、腠理、玄府、鬼门等玄府类概念及玄府学说发生的发展过程,探析促成各阶段演变的不同动力,认为这一过程可分为玄府类概念提出、玄府与玄府学说概念形成、玄府学说明确化、玄府学说现代化4个阶段。其中,整体恒动的中医学学科哲学形态是促进演化的底层逻辑,气一元论下气升降出入的理论结构完善需要是主要推动因素,官窍物理形态、腧穴的发现及腠理认识是叠加动力,各医家为完善自身学术观点逻辑的追求是重要条件。另有不同阶段的客观环境变动因素、现代科学的实证主义影响等推动力,共同促进了玄府类概念及玄府学说的不断演化。This paper analyzes the development process of the concepts of Xuanfu such as sweat hole,scorpion,Xuanfu,and ghost gate,and the development process of Xuanfu theory by using the method of genetics,and explores the different driving forces that promote the evolution of each stage. There are four stages in this process: the introduction of the concept of Xuanfu,the formation of the concept of Xuanfu and Xuanfu theory,the clarification of Xuanfu theory,and the modernization of Xuanfu theory. Among them,the overall and constant philosophical form of the discipline of Chinese medicine is the underlying logic for promoting evolution,and the need to improve the theoretical structure of the ascending and descending of qi under the monism of qi is the main driving factor,the physical form of the five sense organs and the seven orifices,and the discovery of acupoints and the understanding of skin texture are superimposed driving forces,and it is an important condition for physicians to pursue the logic of their own academic viewpoints. In addition,there are also the changing factors of objective environment at different stages,and the positivist influence of modern science,etc.,which jointly promote the continuous evolution of the concept of Xuanfu and the theory of Xuanfu.
