摘  要:微生物学实验是生物工程专业的必修核心课程,结合学校“四位一体”育人理念,在布鲁姆教育目标体系中确立符合实验教学的课程目标,创新设计了知识、能力和思政三维课程目标。在高等教育的工程专业认证下,对连续三届“微生物学实验”课进行了持续改进,分析研究毕业指标达成度,提出了改进措施,具有实验教学研究和推广的价值。Microbiology Experiment is a compulsory core course for bioengineering majors.In combination with the school’s“four in one”education concept,the course objectives in line with experimental teaching were established based on Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives,and the three-dimensional course objectives of knowledge,ability and ideology and politics were innovatively designed.Under the engineering certification of higher education,the Microbiology Experiment course has been continuously improved for three consecutive sessions;the achievement degree of graduation index has been analyzed and studied;the improvement measures have been proposed;which was worthy of experimental teaching research and promotion.
