摘　　要：图书馆是一个生长着的有机体.时代发展促使图书馆机体不断生长,也促进了图书馆员素养的更新与进步.社会大环境信息化及图书馆新环境智能化的变革,需要高校图书馆员具备道德素养、信息素养、多学科知识融合素养、智能技术素养等多元素养.图书馆员多元素养的涵育需要图书馆员内在修为与图书馆外部化育的双向努力.Library is a growing organism.The development of the times facilitates the growing of this organism and motivates the librarians’literacy renewal and improvement.The informatization of social environment and the intelligentization of new library environment require diversified literacy of morality,information,knowledge integration of multidisciplinary,and smart technology from college and university librarians.To achieve this diversified literacy,both internal cultivation of the librarians and the external cultivation of the libraries are necessary.
