企业家社会资本与家族企业跨代创新——基于社会情感财富理论的研究

摘　　要：本文基于社会情感财富理论,探讨了企业家社会资本对代际传承与家族企业创新的情境效应及其作用机制。以江苏、广东等地354份家族企业为样本,研究结果显示:以约束型社会情感财富为主导的代际传承抑制了家族企业创新;企业家社会资本可以削弱代际传承对家族企业创新的负向影响;对处于代际传承中的家族企业而言,创新意愿在企业家社会资本和家族企业创新关系中发挥了部分中介作用。研究结论为探索社会资本理论与社会情感财富理论的融合提供了新思路,在回应当前代际传承与家族企业创新关系理论研究悖论的同时,有助于家族企业提高代际传承中的创新水平。在实现个体企业“基业长青”的同时,服务于国家创新驱动战略的有效实施。Based on the theory of social emotional wealth, entrepreneurs’ social capital has situational effect on cross-generational inheritance and family enterprise innovation and the effect arises in its own mechanism. The analysis of 354 family businesses in Jiangsu, Guangdong and other places shows that the cross-generational inheritance dominated by the emotional wealth of a constrained society inhibits family enterprise innovation;entrepreneurs’ social capital can offset the negative impact of cross-generational inheritance on family enterprise innovation;for those family enterprises in the process of cross-generational inheritance, innovation willingness plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurs’ social capital and family enterprise innovation. This study provides a new idea for exploring the integration of social capital theory and social emotional wealth theory and helps family enterprises improve their innovation in cross-generational inheritance while responding to the current paradox of the theoretical research on the relationship between cross-generational inheritance and family enterprise innovation. While realizing the “everlasting foundation” of private enterprises, it also serves the effective implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy.
