基于蚁群算法的油田井场疏散路径研究

摘  要:针对油田作业现场的人员疏散问题,通过实测得到作业人员及设备的空间分布特征,构建二维环境地图,利用蚁群算法计算作业人员的最优疏散路径,并对不同工种作业人员分类研究,划分得到井场疏散重点区域。研究结果表明,发生突发事件后,井场内作业人员的疏散时间为31.6 s,按照疏散距离由大至小分别为压裂车操作人员、储罐试油队人员、配液操作人员及其他辅助人员。为了有效提高井场作业人员的疏散效率,应确保设备间预留足够的安全距离,设备与井场边界有一定的空间,应急集中区域不被占用和遮挡。Aiming at the problem of personnel evacuation at oil field operation site,the spatial distribution characteristics of operators and equipment are obtained through actual measurement,a two-dimensional environment map is constructed,while the ant colony algorithm is used to calculate the optimal evacuation path of operators.Besides,the classification of operators of different types of work is studied,and the key evacuation areas of the well site are divided.The results show that the evacuation time of operators in the well pad is 31.6 s after an emergency.According to the evacuation distance from large to small,they are fracturing truck operators,tank testing team personnel,liquid distribution operators and other auxiliary personnel.In order to effectively improve the evacuation efficiency of operators in the well pad,it is necessary to ensure that sufficient safety distance is reserved between the equipment,there is a certain space between the equipment and the boundary of the well pad,and the emergency concentration area is not occupied or blocked.
