摘　　要：新时代赋予了高等教育自学考试制度新任务、新使命,数字化转型能够有效解决自学考试当前面临的主要问题,塑造发展新优势,激活发展新动能。以党的二十大精神为统领,在深化新时代教育评价改革和国家教育数字化战略行动总体框架指导下,分析自学考试数字化转型的现实意义,提出转型思路,明确核心任务,规划关键路径,绘制高等教育自学考试数字化转型蓝图,旨在以数字化转型加快推进自学考试创新发展,助力国家教育数字化战略行动深入实施,更好服务于全民终身学习体系构建和学习型社会、学习型大国建设。The new era has endowed the higher education self-taught examination with new missions and tasks for innovative development.Digital transformation can effectively solve the current problems and create new advantages and new momentum for development.Guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and under the overall framework of deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era and the national strategic action of digital education,this paper analyzes the practical significance,designs the transformation framework,clarifies the core tasks,plans the key paths,and maps out the blueprint for digital transformation of the higher education self-taught examination.It aims to accelerate innovative development of the higher education self-taught examination through digital transformation,promote in-depth implementation of national education digital strategic action,and serve the construction of lifelong learning system for all and the learning society.
