英国卫生法治人才培养体系管窥

摘　　要：英国拥有四十余年的卫生法治人才培养历史。英国大学法学院设立的各种类型的卫生法/医事法硕士项目很有特色,为卫生法治人才培养做出了重要的贡献。英国形成了本硕博不同层次的卫生法治人才培养体系。英国大学伦敦国王学院、曼彻斯特大学、爱丁堡大学等先后成立卫生法研究中心,充分发挥卫生法领军人物的学术引领作用,搭建卫生法产学研相结合的学术平台,制定了比较完备的卫生法/医事法硕士培养方案,推出了一批高质量的卫生法学教科书。我国是卫生法治人才培养的后发国家,英国卫生法治人才培养的有益实践可供我国借鉴。The UK has a history of cultivating the rule⁃of⁃law talents for health law for more than 40 years.The various types of master programs of health law/medical law master programs set up by law schools of the UK universities are very distinctive,which have made an important contribution to the cultivation of the rule⁃of⁃law talents for health law.The UK has developed a cultivation system of the rule⁃of⁃law talents for health law at different levels of undergraduate,masters degree and doctoral degree.Kings College London,University of Manchester and University of Edinburgh have successively set up the Health Law Research Center,giving full play to the academic leading role of health law pioneers,building an academic platform for the combination of production,education and research in health law,formulating relatively complete cultivation programs for master of health law/medical law,and publishing a number of high⁃quality health law textbooks.It is a reference of the beneficial experience of the cultivation of health rule⁃of⁃law talents in the UK for China as the latecomer in this field.
