摘　　要：目的探讨不同特征外科住院患者对实习护生的信任度及不信任原因,提出提高患者对实习护生信任度的策略。方法采用方便抽样法和冈谷惠子护患信任度量表对130例外科住院患者进行问卷调查。结果外科住院患者冈谷惠子护患信任度量表得分为(126.07±7.58)分,年龄、住院时间是影响住院患者信任度的因素。结论实习期间不断加强业务能力培养是提高住院患者对实习护生信任度的核心,实习护生的人文关怀行为有利于提高住院患者对其的信任度。Objective To explore the reasons for trust and mistrust of surgical inpatients with different characteristics in nursing students and to propose strategies to improve patients’trust in nursing students.Methods 130 surgical inpatients were used convenience sampling method and the Keiko Okaya nurse-patient trust scale in questionnaire.Results The Keiko Okaya nurse-patient trust scale scores of surgical inpatients were(126.07±7.58),age,and length of stay were the factors affecting inpatients’trust.Conclusion Continuously strengthened vocational qualifications during internship was the core of improving inpatients’trust in nursing students;nursing students’humanistic caring were conducive to improving inpatients’trust in nursing students.
