摘　　要：通过分析医学博士研究生学位论文存在的问题及原因,提出学术道德为根,在培养全程贯穿道德教育;过程管理为基,在培养过程筑牢质量意识;质量监督为魂,在关键环节强化监督管理的措施,保障和提升医学博士研究生学位论文质量。Through the analysis of the problems and reasons of the M.D. graduate thesis,this paper proposes that the academic ethics is the root,thus the moral education should run through the whole training process;process management is the base,thus the the quality awareness should build in the training process;quality supervision is the soul,thus the supervision and management measures should be strengthened in the key sector,so as to ensure and improve the quality of M.D.graduate thesis.
