摘  要:为了提高工业机器人工作站的调试效率和安全性,以工业机器人仿真装配工作站为例,提出一种基于仿真软件OCTOPUZ的工业机器人工作站与西门子可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)联合虚拟仿真调试方法。利用SolidWorks创建了工业机器人工作站的OCTOPUZ仿真模型,并根据工作站的任务流程在PC中完成工业机器人的离线编程和PLC编程。针对工业机器人工作站仿真时存在的仿真软件OCTOPUZ与PLC信息交互的问题,采用OPC技术,把PLC作为服务器、OCTOPUZ为客户端,进行PLC与仿真软件OCTOPUZ之间控制信号的实时交互,从而完成了PLC与工业机器人工作站的虚拟仿真联合调试。通过仿真,能够提前发现并解决工作站装配过程中的工业机器人控制程序、PLC控制程序和其他机电零部件设计的问题,节约实际设备调试的成本,从而提高实际设备的调试效率和安全性。To improve the debugging efficiency and security of the industrial robot workstation,taking the industrial robot simulation assembly workstation as an example,a virtual simulation debugging method based on OCTOPUZ for industrial robot workstation and Siemens Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is proposed.The OCTOPUZ model of the industrial robot workstation is created by Solidworks,and the offline programming of the industrial robot and PLC programming are completed in PC according to the task flow of the workstation.Aiming at the problem of information interaction between OCTOPUZ and PLC in the simulation of industrial robot workstation,OPC technology is adopted,PLC is used as the server and OCTOPUZ is used as the client,the real-time interaction of control signals between PLC and OCTOPUZ is carried out,the virtual simulation joint debugging of PLC and industrial robot workstation is completed.By simulation,the potential problems of industrial robot control program,PLC control program and other mechanical&electrical components in the assembly process of workstation can be found and solved in advance,the cost of actual equipment debugging can be saved,and then the efficiency and safety of actual equipment debugging would be improved.
