摘　　要：药用辅料是药物制剂不可缺少的组成部分,在制剂成型过程中具有重要作用。蛋白质是一类具有特殊空间结构的生物大分子,因其独特的结构特点,蛋白类药用辅料在药物溶解、传递、释放以及稳定性等方面扮演了重要角色。本研究从蛋白类辅料的种类、在药物制剂中的作用以及其局限性等方面详细介绍现代制药中蛋白类辅料的应用进展,总结归纳国内外蛋白类药用辅料的研究现状,阐述其在药物制剂中的应用价值,为蛋白类辅料的开发和应用提供参考。Pharmaceutical excipients are an indispensable part of pharmaceutical preparations,and play an important role in the production of pharmaceutical formulations.Proteins are biological macromolecules with unique spatial structures,which can be used as pharmaceutical excipients to play a role in drug dissolution,delivery,release and stability in recent years.In this article,we will introduce the types of protein excipients in detail,and examine the role and importance of animal and plant proteins in nano medicine and the various benefts of these biomolecules for the preparation of drug delivery carriers and the characteristics of protein nano carriers and their potentials in diagnosis and treatment.Finally,the limitations of protein are mentioned.According to summarizing the research status of protein pharmaceutical excipients at home and abroad,the application value of protein pharmaceutical excipients in pharmaceutical preparations is expounded,which aiming to provide reference for the development and application of protein excipients.
