摘  要:随着社会的高速发展,教育均衡问题成为新的社会热点。文章旨在探讨如何解决区域城市扩张与教育均衡的冲突,改善区域内优质教育资源的相对平衡问题。运用理论和基于案例的方法来阐释数据治理对教育均衡发展的影响,总结数据治理实践面临的挑战,提出“定标准搭平台、通数据抓管理、聚数据抓教学、用数据促变革”的治理理念;梳理影响数据流转的要素,推荐机制改革的优化策略;构建特色数字课程数据,明确优质资源均衡的供给方案;从宏观决策到微观服务等多元角度说明数据治理对提升教育优质均衡的作用。With the rapid development of society,educational balance has become a new social hot topic.This study aims to solve the conflict between regional urban expansion and educational balance,and improve the relative balance of quality educational resources in the region.Theoretical and case-based approaches are employed to illustrate the impact of data governance on educational balance.The challenges of data governance practice are summarized,and the governance concept of“setting standards and building platforms,grasping management through data connection,grasping teaching and studying through data aggregation,and promoting reform through data analysis”is proposed.The elements affecting the flow of data are sorted out,and the optimization strategy of mechanism reform is recommended.Digital curriculum data with special features will be built and the balanced supply of high-quality resources clarified.From macro-decision making to micro-services,the paper illustrates the role of data governance in improving the quality and balance of education.
