摘　　要：目的 了解某医学院校预防医学专业在校本科生岗位胜任力认知及能力自评现状,为培养医学生的岗位胜任力提供参考。方法 2019年4—6月,通过整群抽样方法对某医学院校预防医学本科3~5年级学生进行问卷调查。结果237名预防医学在校本科生对岗位胜任力的认知重要性,得分从高到低依次为操作与实践(4.43±0.63)分、公共卫生科学(4.37±0.67)分、卓越技能(4.14±0.71)分、综合能力与职业精神(4.10±0.84)分、人群健康管理(4.10±0.80)分和医学基础与思维(3.96±0.68)分;岗位胜任力自评中,操作与实践能力(现场流行病学调查3.08分、突发事件处理3.12分、报告及材料的书写3.22分、个人防护3.33分、防治常见病多发病3.28分)、综合能力与职业精神(应变能力3.35分、指导能力3.34分、创新能力3.28分、系统思维能力3.36分)得分较低。结论 该医学院校预防医学本科在校生岗位胜任力因子中,操作与实践能力、综合能力与职业精神较欠缺;今后教学过程中应加强相关知识培养及能力的提高。Objective To understand the status quo of undergraduates’ cognition and self-assessment of job competency in preventive medicine, and provide reference for improving the job competency of preventive medical students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among all classes of preventive medicine undergraduates from grade three to grade five in a medical university by cluster sampling from April to June 2019. Results The cognitive importance scores of 237preventive medicine undergraduates on job competency from high to low were operation and practice(4.43±0.63), public health science(4.37±0.67), excellent skills(4.14±0.71), comprehensive ability and professionalism(4.10±0.84), and population health management(4.10±0.80);the scores of operational and practical ability, comprehensive ability and professionalism in the self-assessment of post competency are lower. Conclusions The operation and practice ability,comprehensive ability and professional spirit of preventive medicine undergraduates are deficient. In the future teaching process, the improvement of relevant knowledge and ability should be strengthened.
