摘  要:近年来,为推进“一带一路”建设,我国海关积极探索实施通关便利化改革,推进关检融合和深化全国通关一体化等一系列改革措施。然而,高校目前的人才培养模式无法适应通关便利化的关务改革需求。要求高校须全面深化产教融合与校企合作的教学方式,从教学的内容设计、方法创新、教材建设、考核评价、实训管理以及师资配置等方面,以通关便利化改革关务人才的职业标准为基准,对关务技能型人才培养模式进行分析探索。It is obvious that in order to actively promote the construction of The Belt and Road,China’s customs authority has actively explored the implementation of a series of reform measures,such as customs clearance facilitation reform,promoting the integration of customs inspection and deepening the integration of national customs clearance.However,the colleges’ talent cultivation model seems difficult to satisfy the reform needs of customs clearance facilitation.It is necessary for colleges to comprehensively deepen teaching integration and cooperation teaching methods from the teaching content design,method innovation,teaching material construction,evaluation,training management and teacher configuration.The aim is enhance customs clearance facilitation reform related to talent cultivation.
