摘  要:为应对时代新变化和人才培养新挑战,教育部颁布了《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》,对人才培养质量提出了更高要求。在此背景下,高校积极回应这一新要求,探索基础教育阶段英语教师培养新路径。高校英语学科教学课程承担着培养基础教育英语教师人才的重任。当前,高校英语学科教学还存在着授课方式有待进一步丰富、课程设置有待进一步优化、课程质量有待进一步提升等问题。因此,深化高校英语学科教学课程改革势在必行。高校英语学科教学课程改革应紧扣新英语课程标准内容和理念,以培养新时代高素质专业化英语教师为目标,从四个方面深化课程改革。首先,加强课程思政探索,凸显英语学科教学课程的思政特色,将价值观塑造、师德教育与内容教学深度融合。其次,提升课程质量,打造基于“一体化”理念且具有英语学科教学课程特色的“金课”。再次,建立目标导向的课程体系,从横向和纵向两个维度强化课程的系统性。最后,发挥教师“师范性”和“示范性”双重功能,实现“育人”与“育才”有机统一。通过新课程改革,高校英语学科教学课程将为中华民族伟大复兴战略培养“德知能合一”的优秀英语教师发挥作用。To respond to the new situation and address the new challenges,the Ministry of Education issued English Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)in 2022,and set higher requirements for the quality of talent fostering.In this context,the university should also take proper measures to echo the new requirements and initiate new reforms of cultivating English teachers for primary education.The English subject teaching courses offered in the university,despite its significant role in cultivating English teachers for the primary and secondary schools,are found to have some problems,such as the lack of diversity in teaching methods,the need to optimize curriculum setting and improve course quality.In this regard,there is necessity to carry out curriculum reform to meet the demand of the new era.For this reason,this paper probes into the specific ways of reforming the English subject teaching courses.It is posited that the reform should be based on the contents and ideas of Curriculum Standards and set up the goal of cultivating English teacher with high quality and specialized knowledge.The reform includes four aspects.The first is to strengthen curriculum ideology and politics through highlighting moral education and integrating the ideological-political elements in course contents.The second is to improve the course quality by constructing specialized“Golden Courses”based on the idea of integration.The third is to establish a goal-oriented curriculum system and enhance the connection among different courses.The fourth is to enable the teacher educators to perform pedagogical and exemplary role in classroom teaching.It is hoped that these reforms would help to realize the unification of cultivating people and talent,and to foster excellent English teachers with morality,knowledge and ability for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
