摘 要:课程思政建设是培养全面发展人才的需要,是高校全面履行立德树人责任的需要,是强化专业课程意识形态教育功能的需要,是形成“大思政”教育格局的需要。而从目前来看,高校领导层对课程思政重视不够,导致课程思政被边缘化,缺乏顶层设计;专业课教师课程思政建设能力不足;课程思政与思政课程的理论内容深度融合不够,导致课程思政达不到预期教学效果。思政课教师分层教学是课程思政建设困境的重要突破口,借助思政课教师分层教学能够搭建专业课和思政课教师协同创新的有效平台,不仅有助于提升课程思政建设的理论水平,对增强思政课教学针对性、实效性也有重要意义。The ideological and political construction of curriculum is the need of cultivating talents with all-round development, the need for colleges and universities to fully fulfill the responsibility of building morality and cultivating people, the need to strengthen the ideological education function of professional curriculum, and the need to form the pattern of "great ideological and political" education. However, at present, the leadership of colleges and universities does not pay enough attention to the ideological and political construction of curriculum, resulting in the marginalization of the ideological and political education through curriculum and the lack of top-level design;Professional course teachers have limited ability of the ideological and political construction of curriculum;The theoretical contents of the ideological and political education through curriculum and the ideological and political curriculum are not fully integrated, which leads to the result that the ideological and political education through curriculum cannot reach the expected teaching effect. The stratified?teaching of ideological and political teachers is an important breakthrough in the dilemma of ideological and political construction of curriculum. With the help of the stratified?teaching of ideological and political teachers, an effective collaborative innovation platform for teachers of professional courses and ideological and political courses can be built. It not only helps to improve the theoretical level of the ideological and political construction of curriculum, but also is of great significance to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.
