十九大报告两译本政治术语日译对比研究

摘　　要：中央文献翻译的核心是重要政治术语翻译。目前国家权威外译机构对于部分重要政治术语日译尚存在不统一的现象,如“作风”(作風;気風)。以功能主义目的论为指导,将十九大报告“17年译本”和“18年译本”作为研究语料,旨在考察政治术语翻译的跨文化交际考量。研究发现相较于“17年译本”,“18年译本”共有14个政治术语更符合目的论三原则,占政治术语总数(26)的54%。“18年译本”面向文化背景不同的日本受众,更加注重译语交际目的的实现。重要政治术语日译,无论是以记录源语文化交流为功能,还是以实现译语交际目的为功能,都应建立在受众理解之前提上。The core of central document translation is the translation of political terms. At present, there are still some inconsistencies in the Japanese translation of some important political terms by national authoritative foreign translation institutions. Such as “style”, “strong military”,etc. Guided by functionalist translation theory, taking the Report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC “2017 Japanese translation” and “2018Japanese translation” as the research corpus, this paper aims to investigate the cross-cultural communication considerations of political terms translation. According to the Skopos, compared with the “2017 Japanese version”, the “2018 Japanese version” has 14 political terms that are more consistent with the three principles of coherence, faithfulness and purposefulness,accounting for 54% of the total(26) political terms.The “2018 Japanese Translation” is aimed at Japanese audiences with different cultural backgrounds from the original audience, and pays more attention to the realization of communication purposes in the target culture. The Japanese translation of important political terms, whether to record the cultural exchange of the source language or to achieve the communicative purpose of the target language, should be based on the understanding of the audience.
