摘　　要：心理危机干预是高校心理育人工作的重要部分,当前高校存在对心理或精神疾病学生管理难度大、危机学生管理过程系统性不强、危机评估专业性受限等困境,在高校心理危机干预中引入个案管理,发挥其团队专业、资源丰富、管理系统的优势,形成高校特有的“四精”运作模式并不断优化,有利于促进高校心理危机干预工作从“育心”向“育人”的积极转变。Psychological crisis intervention is an important part of the psychological education work in universities. At present,universities have difficulties in managing students with psychological or mental illness, the management process of crisis students is not systematic, and the professionalism of crisis assessment is limited. The introduction of case management, giving full play to the advantages of its professional team, abundant resources, and management system, forming the unique "four essence" operation mode of colleges and universities and continuous optimization, is conducive to promoting the psychological crisis intervention work in universities from "cultivating the heart" to "cultivating people".
