摘  要:N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体在神经系统功能中起着关键作用。NR2B亚基是NMDA受体的调节亚单位,在低氧/缺血神经保护中有重要作用。NR2B磷酸化是调节NMDA受体功能的重要机制,通过磷酸化的变化在缺血/低氧神经保护中发挥重要作用。本文综述了NMDA受体NR2B亚基的结构、功能、磷酸化、信号通路与缺血/低氧神经保护的关系,为以NR2B亚基为靶点进行低氧/缺血脑疾病的防治工作提供思路。N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptor plays an important role in the function of the nervous system.The NR2B subunit is the regulatory subunit of NMDA receptor,which is closely related to the neuroprotection of hypoxia/ischemia.Phosphorylation of NR2B is considered to be an important mechanism to regulate the NMDA receptor function and plays an important role in ischemic/hypoxic neuroprotection through the change in phosphorylation.This review discusses the development of the NR2B subunit of NMDA receptor and the relationships between the structure,function,phosphorylation,signaling pathway and ischemic/hypoxic neuroprotection to provide a theoretical foundation to prevent and treat hypoxic/ischemic brain diseases with NR2B subunit as the target.
