摘  要:多肽药物在人类疾病治疗领域占据越来越重要的角色,加强对药学本科生多肽药物知识的普及势在必行。多肽药物教学具有较强的理性和实践性,学生理解具有一定困难。如何指引本科生参与到多肽药物研究的实验中,摸索本科教学模式是青年教师的必须课程。通过“利司那肽的长效化修饰”探索性实验的实施,加深学生对相关概念理解的同时,拓宽学术视野和提高适应医药产业发展的能力。Peptide drugs play an increasingly important role in the treatment of human diseases, and it is imperative to strengthen the knowledge of peptide drugs for pharmaceutical undergraduates. Peptide drug teaching is highly rational and practical, and it is difficult for students to understand. How to guide the undergraduates to participate in the experiments of peptide drug research and how to explore the undergraduate teaching model is a necessary course for young teachers. Through the implementation of the exploratory experiment which is “long-acting modification of lixisenatide”, students’ understanding of related concepts were deepened, their academic horizons were broadened and their ability to adapt to the development of the pharmaceutical industry were improved.
