摘 要:高职院校的人才培养难以满足产业转型和技术升级的需要,应用型拔尖人才培养迫在眉睫,教育部实施卓越工程师教育培养计划对高职专业建设具有指导意义。通过校企共建工程创新中心、企业工作站等形式协同构建化工特色拔尖人才培养体系,共同开展“教学研”融合教学改革,使得创新科研成果交互转化,促进资源反哺教学更新,最终实现校、企、生三方受益。It is difficult for talent training in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of industrial transformation and technological upgrading. It is urgent for the training of application-oriented talents. The implementation of the education and training plan of outstanding engineers by the Ministry of Education is of guiding significance to the construction of higher vocational majors.Through the construction of engineering innovation center, enterprise workstations and other forms, out the integrated teaching reform of “teaching research” was carryied, the interactive transformation of innovative scientific research achievements was put forward, resource feedback teaching update was promoted, and finally the benefit of school, enterprises and students was realized.
