摘　　要：本文积极探索“数智化+互联网+食品安全监管”的“苏食智链”食品安全监管平台建设路径,为江苏省职能部门构建“以食品生产、流通、消费的各个环节为链条,融合监管者、生产者与消费者等多元主体”的数智化监管平台提供可行的实践基础、科学的理论依据。This paper actively explores the construction path of the “Sushi Smart Chain” food safety supervision platform of “digital intelligence+Internet plus+food safety supervision”, and provides a feasible practical basis and scientific theoretical basis for the functional departments of Jiangsu Province to build a digital intelligence supervision platform of “taking all links of food production, circulation and consumption as the chain, integrating regulators, producers and consumers and other multiple subjects”.
