摘　　要：建立预包装面皮中2-十二烷基环丁酮的固相萃取-气相色谱串联质谱检测方法。有机溶剂正己烷提取预包装面皮中的油脂,经液液萃取,Silica固相萃取净化后,采用气相色谱-串联质谱法检测2-十二烷基环丁酮。结果表明,本方法在0.01~1.00 mg·L^(-1),线性相关系数为0.9993,精密度在2.2%~5.1%,回收率在85.0%~98.4%,检出限为0.5μg·kg^(-1)。The analysis method for the determination of 2-dodecyl cyclobutanone in prepackaged Mianpi by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established.Extraction of oil from prepackaged dough with organic solvent n-hexane,after the extraction solution is extracted by liquid-liquid extraction and purified by silica solid phase extraction,2-dodecyl cyclobutanone is detected by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The results show that in the range of 0.01~1.00 mg·L^(-1)mass concentration,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9993,the RSD of determination results are 2.2%~5.1%and the recoveries were ranged from 85.0%to 98.4%,the method detection limit is 0.5μg·kg^(-1).
