摘  要:“中小学教师国家级培训计划”具有重要的时代价值和意义。通过对A省的“国培计划”培训质量进行评估,发现“国培计划”项目实施中取得的成效与存在问题,提出了强化培训统筹协调全面提高培训管理能力、加强培训课程建设打造优质课程资源、创新培训模式满足教师专业发展需要、强化评估构建科学多元评估体系等对策建议。The“National Training Program for Primary and secondary school Teachers”has an important value and significance in the new era.By evaluating the training quality of“National Training Program”in A province,this paper finds the existing problems in the implementation of the program,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the overall coordination and comprehensively improving the training management ability,strengthening the training course construction to create high-quality course resources,innovating the training mode to meet the needs of teachers’professional development,and strengthening the evaluation to build a scientific and diversified evaluation system.
