摘  要:目的:建立测定拳参中没食子酸、儿茶素和绿原酸的定量分析方法,并比较不同产地拳参中3个指标性成分含量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,梯度洗脱。结果:在建立的色谱条件下,3个成分分离度良好,没食子酸、儿茶素和绿原酸分别在4.48179.2μg/mL、4.14165.6μg/mL和8.42505.2μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的结果良好;平均加样回收率在85%105%内。结论:建立的方法操作简单、稳定可靠,重复性好,可为拳参的质量评价提供参考;拳参药材中3个成分含量存在显著产地差异。Objective:To establish a quantitative HPLC method for the determination and comparison of the contents of gallic acid, catechin and chlorogenic acid in Polygonum bistorta L. from different habitats.Methods: Gradient elution by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results:Under these chromatographic conditions, the three components were baseline separated. Gallic acid, catechin and chlorogenic acid showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 4.48179.2 μg/mL, 4.14165.6μg/mL and 8.42 and 505.2 μg/mL, respectively. The precision, stability and reproducibility of the analytical method were desirable. The average recoveries were between 85% and 105%.Conclusion:The established method was simple, stable and reliable with good repeatability, which could provide a reference basis for the quality evaluation of P. bistorta;Additionally, the samples of P. bistorta. were significant differences among habitats.
