摘　　要：自媒体时代,写作能力成为人们稀缺的能力,师范生也不例外。为了提高五年制师范生写作能力,文章进行了一系列人才培养方法创新,主要从写作课的教学模式、训练平台、课堂构成、教师的示范等方面进行了有益的探索,以期能为广大师生提供借鉴。In the era of We-media,writing ability has become a scarce ability,which is no exception for normal school students.In order to improve the writing ability of five-year normal school students,the paper has conducted a series of innovations in talent training methods,and made explorations mainly from the teaching mode of writing class,training platform,the composition of the classroom,teacher’s demonstration to provide reference for teachers and students.
