摘　　要：韩国为应对第四次工业革命引发的技术创新、老龄化社会及工作的变化,保障公民终身学习的权利,正在开展新一轮的终身教育改革,实施方案的主要内容是以建立在线终身教育生态系统、拓展面向全行业的终身教育、强化高校终身教育功能为主。本研究从产业发展、人口变化和教育均衡等角度分析韩国终身教育改革的推进背景及韩国终身教育改革的主要措施,还为推动中国终身教育改革对人与社会可持续发展,促进中国终身教育改革创新提供一些参考。In order to cope with technological innovation, aging society and changes in work caused by the fourth industrial revolution, and protect citizens’ right to lifelong learning, South Korea is carrying out a new round of lifelong education reform. The main content of implementation plan is to establish an online lifelong education ecosystem, expand lifelong education for the whole industry, and strengthen the function of lifelong education in colleges and universities. This study analyzes the background of promoting lifelong education reform and the main measures of lifelong education reform in South Korea from the perspectives of industrial development, population change and education balance. This study also provides some references for promoting China’s lifelong education reform for the sustainable development of people and society, and promoting China’s lifelong education reform and innovation.
