运用虚拟现实技术干预孤独症面部情绪的研究综述

摘　　要：面部情绪识别能力的缺陷是孤独症的主要特征之一。近年来,虚拟现实技术在孤独症面部情绪干预中逐渐兴起。通过对20余年国外运用虚拟现实技术干预孤独症面部情绪的相关研究进行系统梳理,最终对纳入的19项研究进行归纳和分析,发现影响即时效果的因素有孤独症的自身特征与干预技术;影响维持和泛化效果的因素有干预环境及干预者、干预时间与干预技术。基于此,未来我国需要进一步开展使用虚拟现实技术对孤独症者面部情绪干预的研究。Deficits in facial emotion recognition are one of the main characteristics of autistic people.In recent years,virtual reality technology has gradually emerged in the facial emotion intervention of autism.Through the systematic review of more than 20 years of foreign studies on facial emotion intervention of autistic people based on virtual reality technology,the 19 included studies are finally summarized and analyzed,and it is found that the factors affecting the immediate effect are the characteristics of ASD and intervention technology;the factors influencing the effect of maintenance and generalization include intervention environment,intervener,intervention time and intervention technique.Therefore,further researches on the facial emotion intervention of ASD patients with VR needs to be done in the future.
