摘  要:国家“十四五”时期的经济社会发展指导思想明确提出建设高质量的教育体系,而要完成这一任务,必须要建立高质量的教学质量监控体系,在加强师资队伍建设的基础上,加大教学监督和管控力度,加强日常督导反馈。基于此,主要围绕教学督导工作者应具备的职业素养和构建合理的教学督导监督体系进行研究与探索。The national guiding ideology of economic and social development during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period clearly proposes the construction of a high-quality education system. To complete this task, it is necessary to establish a high-quality teaching quality monitoring system. On the basis of improving the construction of teaching staff, it is necessary to strengthen teaching supervision and control, and strengthen daily supervision and feedback. Based on this, this paper mainly focuses on the professional quality of teaching supervisors and the construction of a reasonable teaching supervision and supervision system.
