摘　　要：孔子儒学中的大同思想是共同富裕的思想雏形。“大道之行也,天下为公”回答了何为大同的问题,“四海困穷,天禄永终”回答了为何要大同的问题,“博施于民而能济众”回应了如何大同的具体路径。孔子儒学作为共同富裕的思想之源,富民思想提供了共同富裕奋斗的目标与前进方向,义利思想提供了共同富裕的伦理观念与人生态度,均平思想提供了共同富裕的基本原则与价值旨归,所以也是共同富裕何以可能的基本遵循。孔子儒学启迪共同富裕以现代回响,从“使民以时”到“坚持以人民为中心”,从“见利思义”到“促进人民精神生活共同富裕”,从“不患寡而患不均”到“不是整齐划一的平均主义”,提供了共同富裕何以可行的价值启示。The idea of common harmony in Confucianism is the rudiment of the idea of common prosperity.According to Confucius,"When the great way is followed,everything will be equal",which answers the question of what is the idea of common harmony;If the people in the world suffer poverty and misery,Heaven would no longer bestow favor on you",which answers the question of why there should be the idea of common prosperity;"Deliver a wide range of benefits to the people and relieving the suffering of the poor",which answers the question of what the specific ways to realize the idea of common prosperityas well as the source of the idea of common prosperity.The idea of enriching the people provides the goal and direction of common prosperity;the idea of righteousness and benefits provides the ethical basis and life attitude of common prosperity;the idea of equality provides the basic principle and value purport of common prosperity.Therefore,the Confucianism provides the basic rules for making the idea common prosperity possible.The enlightenment of Confucianism on common prosperity echoes in modern times.From the idea of"Enslaving the people in his spare time"to"adhering to the people-centered principle",from"prefer justice to benefits"to"promoting common prosperity in the spiritual life of the people",from"not worrying about deficiency but enequalization"to"not uniform egalitarianism",Confucianism provides value enlightenment on how common prosperity is feasible.
