摘 要:高校数字素养教育功能机制单一,使得学生数字素养水平提升效果不明显。明确数字素养框架,分析高校数字素养教育功能的价值主要体现在加快产业数字升级、促进数字中国的建设、保障新发展文明的形成三个维度上。以解决教育功能发展问题为核心,从教育环境、教育体系、教育形式、教育课程、教育内容等方面入手,应以多方联合的教学理念,打造出高校数字素养教育功能实现机制。The single functional mechanism of digital literacy education in universities makes the improvement effect of students’ digital literacy level not obvious. The framework of digital literacy is clarified, and the value of digital literacy education function in universities is mainly reflected in three dimensions such as accelerating industrial digital upgrading, promoting the construction of digital China and ensuring the formation of new development civilization. Taking the solution to the problem of educational function development as the core, starting from the aspects of educational environment, educational system, educational form, educational curriculum, educational contents and so on, this paper establishes the realization mechanism of digital literacy education function in colleges and universities based on the multi-party joint teaching concept.
