摘 要:以人类发展生态学为视角,通过问卷调查方式收集资料,采用量化研究方法,探索乡村英语教师信息素养发展的影响因素。研究发现:乡村英语教师信息素养的整体水平不高,信息知识亟待提高,且人口统计学变量与信息素养之间几乎无相关性;乡村英语教师信息素养发展主要受到个体学习因素、外部环境因素和宏观环境因素影响,且三因素之间互相关联,其中外部环境因素和个体学习因素之间相关性较强。基于上述发现,构建了乡村英语教师信息素养发展生态模型图,提出了乡村英语教师发展的若干建议,为乡村英语教师发展提供了一定的启示,丰富了人类发展生态学理论在教师发展上的实证研究。From the perspective of human development ecology,with the data through literature study and questionnaire,this research adopts quantitative research to explore factors influencing information literacy improvement of rural English teachers.The results are as follows:firstly,the overall level of information literary of rural English teachers is relatively low,and their information knowledge is especially needed to be improved.Secondly,information literacy improvement of rural English teachers is highly related with personal study,external environment and macro-environment,and has little relation with demographic variables.Finally,an ecological model of information literacy improvement for rural English teachers accordingly is constructed and several pieces of suggestion are proposed,which offers some implications for rural English teacher development and enriches the empirical study of teacher development from human development ecology perspective.
