摘 要:目的了解精神科护士的职业获益感现状,制定行之有效的管理方法,为提升精神科护士职业认同感,以及改善精神科护理服务质量提供理论依据。方法2021年11月,使用一般资料问卷、职业获益感问卷、组织支持感量表及社会支持评定量表对某三级甲等精神卫生专科医院296名护士进行数据采集和分析。结果精神科护士的职业获益感总分(133.15±22.13)分,组织支持感、社会支持与职业获益感呈显著正相关(P<0.01),组织支持感及社会支持对精神科护士职业获益感总分及各维度均具有一定的正向预测作用。结论精神科护士的职业获益感具有继续提高的潜力,建议护理管理者从组织支持感及社会支持两方面进行干预,提高精神科护士的职业获益感,进而提高精神科护理服务质量。Objective To explore the current status of professional benefit in psychiatric nurses and develop effective management meth⁃ods,so as to provide reference for improving their perceptions of professional benefit and nursing services.Methods In November 2021,296 psychiatric nurses were researched and analyzed by using the general information questionnaire and the questionnaire of Career Benefit,Or⁃ganizational Support Scale and Social Support Scale.Results The total score of psychiatric nurses'professional benefit was(133.15±22.13).The organizational support and social support were significantly positively correlated with professional benefit(P<0.01).The organizational support and social support had a certain positive predictive effect on the total score and each dimension of perceived professional benefit of psychiatric nurses.Conclusion The professional benefit of psychiatric nurses has the potential to continue to improve.It is suggested that nursing managers should intervene from two aspects of organizational support and social support,to improve the professional benefit of psychi⁃atric nurses and thus improve the quality of psychiatric nursing service.
