摘　　要：为了进一步对高职院校校企协同创新管理体制机制进行研究,提高服务于地方经济与社会发展的能力,探索了高职院校实施校企协同创新发展的模式。基本内容是,在高职院校成立校企协同创新理事会,从理事会的任务和管理体制、业务范围和工作重点、校企协同创新与高职院校合作的主体与形式、合作工作的流程、合作存续期间的常态管理、合作项目的评价制度,以及奖惩机制等方面,探讨了高职院校实施校企协同创新发展的模式和方法。通过深化产学研深度融合发展,对发挥高职院校服务地方社会的功能具有重要作用。In order to further study the management system and mechanism of college-enterprise collaborative innovation in higher vocational colleges and improve the ability to serve local economic and social development,this paper proposes to set up school-enterprise cooperative innovation council in higher vocational colleges,and discuss the mode and method of implementing it from the aspects of the mission and management system of the council,business scope and work focus,main body and form of cooperation between colleges and enterprises,process of cooperation,normal management during cooperation,evaluation system of cooperation project,reward and punishment mechanism.So,it plays the important role in giving play to the function of higher vocational colleges to serve the local society by deepening the in-depth integration of industry,education and research.
