摘　　要：孔繁森以鲜明的问题意识聚焦民族地区青年群体的实际情况,明确提出了促进民族地区青年健康成长的目标要求。在驻藏工作期间,他坚持以马克思主义理论为思想引领,大力提升青年教育质量,妥善安置待业青年,注重培养选拔民族地区青年干部。孔繁森始终坚持党的领导,坚持理论教育与社会实践相结合,坚持“两个离不开”思想,推进民族地区青年群体价值引领工作的科学化。Kong Fansen focused on the actual situation of youths in ethnic minority areas with a clear sense of problems, and clearly put forward the objective of promoting the healthy growth of youths in ethnic minority areas. During his working in Tibet, Kong Fansen insisted on taking Marxist theory as the ideological guidance, vigorously improved the quality of youth education, properly arranged young job-hunters, and paid attention to the training and selection of young officials in ethnic minority areas. He always adhered to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the combination of theoretical education and social practice, and the idea of Han people and ethnic minorities depending on each other. As a result, Kong Fansen made outstanding contributions to promoting the scientific value guidance of youths in ethnic areas.
