摘　　要：武术是中国传统体育项目,也是中国传统文化的重要载体。武术文化经过长期的发展已经进入校园并渗透到校园中,越来越多的学生参与到武术运动中来,武术以各种形式正在悄无声息地影响着学生的校园生活,形成了浓厚的校园武术文化氛围。传承武术文化不只是传授几个或几套技术动作,而是要深入剖析武术流派、拳种以及技术动作的历史和文化内涵,让学生了解武术文化重道、重德、重礼、重合谐、重整体思维以及自强不息、厚德载物的核心价值观念,体悟技术动作后面“文”的成份,以达到以武养德、以武励志的目的。Wushu,a time-honored sport in China,is an important component of the cultural heritage of China,with rich content over the centuries.With the culture of Wushu pervading schools,the participation of students has come to be part of present day campus life,thus creating an atmosphere thick with the Wushu spirit.To carry forward the culture of Wushu lies in analyzing the forms,styles,and movements,rather than mastering techniques.It's essential for students to understand the core values of the Wushu culture,which treasures morality,integrity,ritual,harmony,and holistic thinking,as well as core values represented by self-discipline and social commitment.There are cultural components in the back of the movements,hailed as motivational incentives via practicing Wushu.
