摘  要:中华武术博大精深,是中华民族流传的宝贵文化遗产之一。武术形式多样,具有强身健体、防身自卫、锻炼意志、陶冶情操等功能。近年来,济南市武术运动协会始终致力于把科学的锻炼理念和练武方法传授给基层群众,邀请专业的武术教练为群众进行科学的健身指导,带领更多的群众加入到科学健身的行列中。尤其在疫情期间,武术成为居家锻炼身体的一项热门运动。In recent years, Jinan Wushu Sports Association has focused on passing on scientific exercise concepts and methods to the grassroots. Wushu became a widely popular choice to workout specifically all through the epidemic. The Jinan’s Wushu circle always takes resolute action to convey positive energy, fulfill social duty, and promote martial arts to every household in diverse ways. The people are encouraged to practice Wushu to strengthen body resistance and enhance the general public’s health, among other measures for personal protection amid the epidemic. The association has made a significant contribution to epidemic prevention and control.
