摘  要:该文探究基于临床典型病例联合微信互动教学模式在眼科学理论教学中的应用效果。以2020年9月—2021年6月期间海南医学院第一临床学院眼科学教研室承担眼科学理论教学班级的142名2017级临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,按照班级随机分为教学改革组(72人)及传统教学组(70人),教学改革组学生接受以典型病例的引导式教学联合微信互动模式,对比两组学生教学效果。教学改革组学生考核成绩显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05),问卷调查中教学认同度优于传统教学组。在眼科学理论教学中应用典型病例的引导式教学联合微信互动模式可提高教学质量,提高学习积极性,活跃师生互动氛围,提升理论知识掌握度,可在眼科学理论教学中推广应用。To explore the application effect of guided teaching method based on typical clinical cases Combined With WeChat Interactive Teaching Modein Ophthalmology Theory teaching. From September 2020 to June 2021, a total of 142 clinical medical students who studied in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College were randomly divided into teaching reform group(72students) and traditional teaching group(70 students). The students in the teaching reform group received the guided teaching method with typical cases, and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. The examination results of the students in the teaching reform group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05), and the teaching recognition degree in the questionnaire survey was better than that in the traditional teaching group. The application of the guiding teaching method of typical cases in the theoretical teaching of ophthalmology can improve the teaching effect, enhance the students’ learning enthusiasm, activate the interaction atmosphere between teachers and students in the classroom, and enhance the mastery of theoretical knowledge.The guiding teaching method of typical cases combined with WeChat interactive teaching modecan be popularized and applied in Ophthalmology Theory teaching.
