摘　　要：实践教学是扎实士官学员专业理论的捷径、对接岗位需求的桥梁,也是创新学员理论知识的跳板。为提升士官学员实践教学质量,探寻科学合理的实践教学方法,在分析士官学员特点的基础上,界定了实践教学在士官学员培训体系中的地位和作用。结合士官学员的特点及其任职岗位实际需求,明确了士官学员实践教学内容设置的基本原则和内容划分,研究提出了实践教学的组织实施方法,以及需要重点把握的问题。Practical teaching is a shortcut to consolidate the professional theory of sergeant cadets a bridge to meet the needs of posts, and a springboard to innovate the theoretical knowledge of cadets. In order to improve the quality of practical teaching of sergeant cadets and explore scientific and reasonable practical teaching methods, this paper defines the position and role of practical teaching in the training system of sergeant cadets, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of sergeant cadets. Combined with the characteristics of sergeant cadets and the actual needs of their posts, the basic principles and content division of the practical teaching content sergeant cadets were clarified, the organization and implement action methods of practical teaching were studied and proposed, as well as the problems that need to be grasped.
