摘　　要：介绍一种十字轴精密修正中心孔机构,机构由两个偏心套装配而成,外套可相对内套做360°旋转,并能够在指定位置锁紧固定,从而精密确定十字轴第四个轴的中心偏移方向及偏移量,控制精度在0.02 mm以内。该机构能够克服机床对十字轴中心孔加工精度的影响,提高十字轴的加工精度及加工效率。This paper introduces a mechanism for precise correction of center hole of cross shaft, which is composed of two eccentric sleeves. The outer sleeve is able to rotate 360° relative to the inner sleeve, and can be locked and fixed in the specified position, so as to accurately define the direction and amount of center offset of the 4th axis of the cross shaft, and have the accuracy controlled within 0.02 mm. This mechanism is able to overcome the influence of the lathe on the machining accuracy of the center hole of the cross shaft, and improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of the cross shaft.
