摘  要:目的深入解析全国名老中医、首都国医名师、全国优秀教师孔光一教授为人、为医、为师、为学之道,创建孔光一教授全人之道模型。方法采用社会学定性研究扎根理论方法,通过开展开放式个体深入访谈,纳入公开讲座、著作、孔光一教授诊疗录像作为原始数据,使用扎根理论方法设计和分析数据。结果共有转录资料21份,产生初始编码705个,类别9个。重点解析孔光一教授的价值观念、思想道德、文化精神3个类别。结论孔光一教授全人之道可概况为精神至上、恬淡虚无、德高术才高,具体体现在孔光一教授为人、为医、为师、为学的各个方面,对他的传承可以上升为三观的传承,高尚的思想道德和勤学的文化精神的传承。Objective Professor KONG Guangyi is a prominent TCM doctor entitled prestigious TCM teacher in Beijing and national excellent teacher.This paper aims to establish a whole-person inheritance model of Professor KONG as a man,doctor,teacher and way of learning.Methods Based on qualitative sociological research method of grounded theory,open individual in-depth interviews,Professor KONG’s public lectures,works and videos were collected and used as the original data to design and analyze the data.Results A total of 21 transcribed materials constituted 705 initial codes under 9 categories.This study focused on the three categories closely related to Professor KONG’s way of whole-person inheritance:value of indifference to fame and fortune,benevolence of spending his life doing good deeds,and spirit of hardworking.Conclusions Professor KONG’s way of whole-person inheritance can be summarized into noble morals,benevolent behaviour and dedicated spirit characterized by every aspect of being a person,TCM doctor,teacher and way of learning.Professor KONG’s whole-person inheritance can be upgraded to the level of values,high morality and diligent spirit.
