摘  要:培养学生的学习兴趣、激发学生学习内驱力,是中职教师核心的教学工作之一。以Protel99se课程教学为例,通过分析中职电子技术应用专业学生的学习特点和日常教学过程中的关键节点,结合当前职业教育背景下突破传统教学模式束缚的教学改革需求,构建和谐、自由、愉悦的课堂环境,从而充分调动学生的主观能动性,全面激发学生学习内驱力,保证课堂教学效率和质量。Cultivating students’interest in learning and stimulating their internal drive for learning is one of the core teaching tasks of secondary teachers.This paper takes Protel99se course teaching as an example.Through the analysis of the learning characteristics of students majoring in electronic technology application in secondary vocational schools and the key nodes in the daily teaching process,combined with the current vocational education background to break the shackles of traditional teaching mode of teaching reform needs,in order to build a harmonious,free and pleasant classroom environment.Such teaching can fully mobilize students’subjective initiative,fully stimulate students’learning drive,and ensure the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching.
