摘  要:以产出导向教育理念为指导,构建民族地区师范院校“一核四维”实践教学体系,将师范学生四大职业能力贯穿于基础认知、基本能力、综合能力和创新实践四个层次,通过教育见习、专项技能训练与模拟试讲、教育实习、毕业论文等五个环节训练学生实践技能。同时,通过构建联合培养协同育人实践平台、开展民族文化实践育人研究、借助创新平台巩固学生学习效果等措施,有效促进学生职业能力提升,助推专业发展。Guided by the concept of output oriented education(OBE),a "one-core,four-dimensional" practical teaching system for mathematics normal students in normal colleges and universities in ethnic areas is constructed,and the four professional abilities of normal students are run through four levels,namely,basic cognition,basic ability,comprehensive ability and innovative practice.Students are trained in practical skills through five links:teaching probation,special skills training and simulated trial teaching,educational internship,and graduation thesis.At the same time,by building a joint training and collaborative education practice platform,carrying out research on ethnic cultural practice education,and consolidating students’ learning effects with innovative platforms,it can effectively promote the development of students’ professional ability and boost professional construction.
