摘　　要：大学课堂上经常采用小组合作学习的教学方式,但在实践过程中总是有学生偷懒,严重影响小组合作学习的效果。为了减少学生的社会惰性行为,以广告学课程的教学设计和课堂管理为例,通过开展大学生小组合作学习的教学活动,收集了学生在小组合作学习中学习表现的数据,并对此进行相关分析和方差分析;由此总结出高效的小组合作学习应具备自由组合、精心设计、详细分解小组任务、适时具体指导、组内互评等几个关键环节,有效地控制了学生的社会惰性行为对小组合作学习的负面影响,从而为其他教师使用这种教学方式提供借鉴。Group cooperative learning has been applied frequently in university classes,but social loafing behavior is prevalent in the learning process and considerably undermines the learning effects.To reduce social loafing behaviors,this study conducted group cooperative learning in the advertising course through proper teaching design and class management.It collected and analyzed data from students after the learning.The results show that effective group cooperative learning should be based on students’will,reasonable design,discomposed tasks,specific and timely supervision,and peer evaluation.These factors could effectively control the negative impact of students’social loafing behavior in group cooperative learning.The study provides a reference for teachers to use this instruction method.
