摘　　要：对外法治宣传是国际传播工作的重要内容。然而,过去由于法治话语体系尚未完善、国际舆论环境不利等因素,我国对外法治宣传效果不甚理想。当前,加强对外法治宣传需要深刻理解习近平法治思想中有关人类法治文明成果、中国特色社会主义法治道路以及新型国际法治的新时代内涵,既要“立格”,建立翻译规范,建设标准化中国特色法治术语库,统一核心概念和关键表述的翻译口径;也要“传意”,采用针对不同受众的精准传播方式,使用目标受众易于理解和接受的本土化表述,提升国际传播效能。The international publicity on achievements in promoting the rule of law requires a deep understanding of Xi JinpingThought on the Rule of Law,particularly the rule of law as a hallmark of human civilization’s progress,the rule-of-law path under socialism with Chinese characteristics,and new international rule of law.It is advisable to establish translation standards,for instance atermbase for the uniformity of key terms and expressions,and to adopt flexible approaches and localized expressions that can be readilyunderstood and accepted by different target audiences for better effect of international communication.
