情感调解类电视节目主持人有意不礼貌话语的语用分析

摘　　要：有意不礼貌是交际者为实现特定目的而实施的交际策略。本研究依据人际关系管理理论,以情感调解类电视节目《爱情保卫战》为语料来源,考察了主持人有意不礼貌话语的语用意图、语用策略及语用效果。研究发现,就语用意图而言,主持人使用有意不礼貌话语主要是为了满足观众情感诉求、推动节目顺利进行、实现节目社会效益;就语用策略而言,质疑、指责、反讽的使用频率较高,主持人有时单独使用一种有意不礼貌语用策略,有时组合使用多种有意不礼貌语用策略;就语用效果而言,主持人使用有意不礼貌话语可震慑听话者、促使听话者反思、增强节目吸引力。主持人合理使用有意不礼貌话语尽管威胁嘉宾的面子,挑战其社交权,但有助于实现电视节目教育功能和娱乐功能的有机融合。Intentional impoliteness is a communicative strategy adopted by communicators to achieve specific purposes. Based on the rapport management theory, this study investigates the pragmatic intentions,pragmatic strategies and pragmatic effects of the host’s intentional impoliteness by using discourse in the TV program Love Battle as the data. It is found that as far as pragmatic intentions are concerned, the host uses intentional impoliteness mainly to meet the emotional demands of the audience, promote the smooth running of the program, and realize its social benefits. Concerning pragmatic strategies, questioning, accusation,and irony are frequently used. The host sometimes uses only one impoliteness strategy intentionally, and sometimes uses multiple impoliteness strategies in combination with different purposes. As for the pragmatic effects, the use of intentional impoliteness by the host can deter the listeners, urge them to introspect, and enhance the attraction of the program. Although the host’s intentional impoliteness threatens the face of the guests and challenge their sociality rights, they achieve a deep integration of both educational and entertainment functions of TV programs.
